In the name of God Amen: I Henry Ogburn of the County of Gallatin and State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and disposing memory,for which I thank God, and calling to mind the uncertainity of human life and being desirous to dispose of all wordly estate, as it hath pleased God to bless me with.
I give and bequeath the same in manner following, that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Charlotte, my farm which I now reside on, and all my household and kitchen furniture and all my present personal estate, during her natural life.
At the death of my beloved wife, I give to my son Thomas, my farm and all the farming utensils and the balance of my estate, I wish my wife to divide between my son Thomas and my daughter Elizabeth, as she may think right,and
lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Thomas Ogburn, my Executor and my wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament , hereby revoking all other or former Wills or Testaments by me heretofore made, this 18 April,1824.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal.
